1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
2. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery
- Requests beyond this period may not be accepted
3. Inspection & Approval
- Returned items will be inspected by our technical team
- Approval depends on product condition and issue validity
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or agreed alternative
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery or electrical damage due to improper charging
6. Warranty-Based Resolution
- If the issue falls under warranty coverage, the product will be repaired or replaced instead of refunded
- Warranty-covered components (motor, battery, controller, etc.) follow specific duration limits
7. Shipping & Handling Costs
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our end
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable
