Spark Ride Technology Ltd. is a China–Bangladesh joint venture engaged in the manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of electric vehicles and related components. Our operations include a modern production facility located in Bangladesh.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

You will not misuse the website for fraudulent or illegal activities

3. Product Information & Availability

Availability is subject to stock and production conditions

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment verification or official confirmation
Spark Ride reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

5. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability
Any delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery
Delivery timeline: Inside Dhaka within 3 days, Outside Dhaka within 7 days.

6. Warranty Policy

All Spark Ride products are covered under a limited warranty.

Warranty applies only under normal usage conditions
Coverage durations vary by component (motor, battery, controller, etc.)
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper charging
Warranty claims must be processed through authorized service channels.

Regardless of the general guidelines stated above, the actual warranty coverage, duration, and specific conditions for any sold item will be strictly governed by the physical Warranty Policy/Booklet provided with that particular electric vehicle or component at the time of purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds

The electric vehicle or component must be in entirely unused, original condition, free from any scratches, dirt, or wear.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and chargers included.
Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect may be subject to return shipping costs and a standard restocking fee.
All refunds are subject to a physical inspection and approval by our authorized service technicians.

Regardless of the general guidelines stated above, the final eligibility and conditions for the return or refund of a particular product will be strictly governed by the specific Return and Refund Policy mentioned on the invoice or provided with that individual product at the time of purchase. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Ride shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profit, data, or business
Damages arising from the misuse of products
